What’s Your 2015 Growth Strategy?

Are you ready to grow your small business in 2015? I’m glad to report that most small business owners feel the same way. A whopping 87 percent of privately held companies with sales under $5 million have growth strategies planned for 2015, reports the recently released 2015 Pepperdine Private Capital Markets Project (PPCMP) Survey.
In addition to being optimistic about their own growth strategy, most business owners are optimistic about the economic outlook in general. Nearly two-thirds (65 percent) believe that growth opportunities for business will increase over the next 12 months, and more than one-third (35 percent) think that general business conditions will improve over the next year.
But while small businesses are eager to grow, those with sales under $5 million have fewer resources in terms of people and money to do so. Just 46 percent say have the resources they need to execute their growth plans, compared to 66 percent of businesses with sales over $5 million. Perhaps that’s one reason why more than half of the businesses surveyed (53 percent) plan to hire additional workers in the next 12 months.
What skills and experience are business owners looking for in their new employees? The biggest need is for sales and marketing skills (57 percent of entrepreneurs are seeking these) followed by skilled labor (45 percent) and customer service (36 percent).
Of course, there are still plenty of businesses not planning to hire. Among these, 51 percent say “economic uncertainty” is the number-one reason they’re holding back.
Small business owners also seem to be holding back from seeking financing. Of those who did seek financing in the past year, nearly half (47 percent) wanted less than $100,000 in capital. For those who did seek financing, bank loans were the number-one source they approached, followed by grants and credit unions. The success rate of those seeking bank loans was respectable, with 69 percent saying they obtained the capital they needed after approaching an average of 2.4 financing sources.
Is a lack of capital or staff holding you back from achieving your business goals? Putting your dreams on hold isn’t the only choice. Here are some options to consider:
Can you use freelancers, outside contractors or temporary workers to staff up and down as needed, cutting your overhead costs compared to hiring employees?
Can you partner with another small business to achieve your goals, such as by sharing salespeople or manufacturing facilities to launch a new product line?
Can you barter with other businesses or join a barter association in order to get the products and services you need without a large cash outlay?
If you’ve got growth plans for your business this year that you can’t achieve with your current level of capital, now is the time to seek the financing you need to achieve your goals. You’ll never know until you try!

CARA MEMASANG CWM PERMANEN ( Clock work Mod, Recovery )

Apa itu Clock work Mod ( CWM )..?
Kurang Lebihnya yaitu :
Recovery mode yg sudah di  kustomisasi sedemikian rupa dengan berbagai fungsi dan fitur-fitur tambahan seperti  backup,restore,instalasi dan lain-lain yg tidak bisa kita temukan di Recovery mode standar. Dan biasanya juga suka digunakan buat Menginstal Custom Rom ataupun Update.zip.

OK kalo udah paham langsung aja siapin bahan-bahannya download dibawah ini :
-  ADB Klik disini Untuk mengunduh.
- CWM FIX (Gak Goyang-goyang ) Klik disini Untuk Mengunduh.

Tutorialnya :

1. Nyalain USB Debugging perangkat Android ente
2. Extract File Tool.rar (akan ada 3 folder : Linux, Os dan Win32. Untuk linux ambil yg folder LINUX. Windows, ambil folder WIN32. Os lain, ambil folder OS)
3. Copy paste folder hasil extract barusan (ADB + CWM) ke drive C dan rename jd ADB biar gampang eksekusinya.
4. Terus Masuk ke command promp/cmd dari PC
5. Ketik cd c:/adb (enter)
6. Ketik "adb devices" (tanpa tanda kutip)
7. kalau terbaca tampilan seperti ini : 
   
   
   
   8. Jika HH tidak terdeteksi, silhkan download & install wondershare/mobilego. Link : 
   klik disini
   
   
   9. Lanjut ketik "adb reboot bootloader" (tanpa tanda kutip)
   10. Lalu HH Akan Ter'Restart Otomatis Dan Masuk Ke Fastboot
   11. ketik "fastboot flash recovery cwmgood.img"
   12. Turn Off HH
   13. Tekan tombol power + vol down untuk mengecek apakah cwm sudah berhasil d flash atau belom.
   
   
    Dan berikut ini tips/trick mengembalikan Ke stock recovery bawaan
   
   
   1. download stock recoverinya disini
   2. Simpan file hasil downloat barusan di c:/adb biar gampang eksekusinya
   3. kuti langkah-langkah diatas dari no 1 ampe 9
   4. Kalo udah di ikuti dari no 1 ampe 9 lalu 
       Ketik "fastboot flash recovery stock-recovery.img"
   5. Turn Off perangkat Android ente.
   6. Beres deh

SOLUSI ANDROID BOOTLOOP

Kali ini ane mau share sedikit info buat kalian yang sering oprak-oprek Android-nya, mungkin kalian ada yang sudah pernah atau sering mengalami Bootloop.?
apa itu bootloop.?

Pengertian sederhana mengenai Bootloop adalah Proses dimana HH ente meRestart secara serentak Atau tiba-tiba dan berulang-ulang tanpa bisa memasuki Home Screen, biasanya dikarnakan terjadinya Kesalahan sistem pada perangkat Android, baik itu Ram ataupun CPU Dsb.
Bisa juga dikarnakan Instalasi/instalan yang tuidak cocok untuk perangkat Android ente.

Cara mengatasi BootLoop sangatlah mudah Asalkan Ente sebelum Oprak-oprek Android sudah MemBACKUP DATA terlebih dahulu,, dan Menginstal CWM permanen Di Perangkat Android ente.

Jika sudah Terpasang CWM permanen tidak usah takut atau galau ampe mau bunuh diri segala broo, Tinggal matikan perangkat android ente ( cabut pasang battery jika susah )
Ketika akan dinyalakan TEKAN VOLUME DOWN + POWER Sedikit Agak Lama, Sampai masuk Ke CWM permanennya. Ketika sudah masuk Silahkan gunakan TOMBOL VOLUME UP dan DOWN untuk bergerak Keatas dan Bawah Dan TOMBOL POWER untuk MEMILIH Menunya (ENTER)

- Setelah itu tinggal Pilih menu  Wipe Chace Partition
- Lalu pilih yes Wipe Chace
- Lalu pilih ADVANCED
- Dan pilih Wipe Dalvik Chace
- Pilih yes Wipe Dalvik Chace
  Jika sudah pergi ke menu awal Dengan cara pilih GO BACK

Lalu Pilih
- Backup And Restore
- Lalu pilih lagi Restore
- dan cari Backupan Data ente.
  Tunggu sampai data semua selesai di Kembalikan atau di restore dan jika sukses Reboot Perangkat Android ente.
